The Psychology Graduate Students Association (PGSA) is an organization built to provide support for all graduate students in the Department of Psychology of the University of Calgary – including MSc and PhD students in Brain & Cognitive Sciences, Clinical Psychology, Industrial Organizational Psychology, and Social and Theoretical Psychology.
Our mission is to enhance the experience of graduate students by promoting social and academic engagement. We offer social events (including bake sales, trivia night, and the highly anticipated Christmas party) and maintain the graduate student lounge. We also act as graduate student representatives, maintaining close contact with the Department of Psychology and passing along any student feedback to them.
Your PGSA representatives for the 2016-2017 year are Emilie Lacroix (President), Kirsti Toivonen (VP Communications), and Clark Amistad (VP Finance). We’d love to hear your comments, questions, and suggestions.
