I completed my B.Sc at the University of Toronto with a speciality in Physiology. After working for a year, I became interested in I/O Psycholoy. My main interests include personality, recruitment and selection. My current research investigates the efficacy of Gamification in recruitment. Specifically, whether Gamification can successfully recruit and select top quality applicants as well as motivate and engage employees in the workplace.

I'm also interested in exploring the use of big data and computer machine learning to enhance personnel assessments.
